Job Description
We are looking for a new member to our team to provide technical support to our customers. You will accompany Geotec users in their day-to-day use of the software. You will be the link between the users and the development team. You will contribute to enhancing the functionality and user-friendliness of Geotec following user comments and your own quality analysis.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Geotec users in their day-to-day use
- Provide assistance in the installation of Geotec
- Provide trainings (both distance and in-person) on Geotec
- Create video and written tutorials
- Perform quality control of Geotec
- Improve Geotec documentation
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of databases (Access, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Prior knowledge of Geotec is a plus
- Experience in Geotechnical Engineering or Computer Software Development is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to telecommute at all times
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English – Bilingual (French) is a plus
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong software learning ability
