Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support and Communications Lead to join our team. You will support Geotec users in their day-to-day use of the software and act as a bridge between clients and the development team. You will also create educational content (articles, tutorials, and documentation) to support users and help them fully leverage the software.

Responsibilities
– Provide technical support to Geotec users in their day-to-day use
– Provide trainings (both distance and in-person) on Geotec
– Create video tutorials and written user guides
– Create informative content for the website and professional networks
– Improve and maintain Geotec documentation
Qualifications
– Background in Geotechnical Engineering, Geological Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
– Familiarity with geotechnical principles and laboratory tests is an asset
– Prior knowledge of Geotec is a strong asset
– Basic knowledge of databases (Access, SQL Server, Oracle)
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in French and English
– Strong interpersonal skills and self-driven
– Authorized to work in Canada
